As this game is notorious for restarting a download from scratch again if the Steam client is closed too many times.

Im pretty sure the biggest this game has ever been in the last year was like 50 GB.

So,how big is the total download size of the game Including the Steam client with the size of the game, mine comes up to a Total of 36 GB.

As others have stated, the BDO game itself is only 28-30 GB in size.

It also means that even though its a stand alone program, its sort of not because, you know.

It still locks you into a basic genderracial trait structure for each character class, which limits a huge number of choices.

I mean, its pretty, but robust Ive got Skyrim mods that make the Skyrim character creation far more robust, and they dont take up 6 gigs.

ETA: Yes, I see where I can click on a section of the face and adjust things in various ways.

But again, they start with a particular racial template, which limits the number of things you can do without having to put either a shit ton of work into it, or making things look awkward.

I tried to take a Tamer and change her from a vaguely Chinese scanning woman into something more European.

First, thats sort of an issue because that was the only female body type that had a small, lithe body type that I wanted.

And the body shape adjuster was not actually robust enough to change her shape enough to make me feel like I could have taken one of the other female characters and changed up their shape enough to meet what I had in mind.

Second, theres the fact that the body shape doesnt actually give me enough control over the body shape.

Sure, I can make it wider or thinner, but can I change the shape of her breasts Can I change the actual lay of her shoulders Can I change the size of her hands to have hands like hamhocks if I want No, I can not do that.
